Day 10 QT- Routines

There’s something strangely refreshing about being physically locked away from the world. After being surrounded by loved ones and stress, I think I needed this transition between two worlds.
I can see how an environment like this can effect someone’s mental health and to combat the untoward effects of isolation, I’ve kept some routines in place.
Wake up
Shower
Breakfast
Temperature check
Teach
Lunch
Rest
Exercise
Temperature check
Rest
Dinner
Bath
Rest
Sleep
Overall, there is always something to look forward to in here.
